  • What even is the Decathlon?

    The decathlon is a demanding track and field event consisting of ten different disciplines, held over two consecutive days. It includes a mix of sprints, middle-distance running, hurdles, jumping, and throwing events, testing an athlete's speed, strength, endurance, and versatility. The events and the order they take place are the 100 meters, Long Jump, Shot Put, High Jump, 400 meters on the first day, followed by the 110-meter hurdles, discus throw, Pole Vault, Javelin, finished off with 1500 Meter Run.

  • Where do you train?

    I am currently volunteer coaching at Dakota State University, Because of this I am allowed to use their facilities for my own training.
